As the reproductive performance of parity sows improves, the number of piglets per litter has significantly increased, placing greater pressure on sow lactation—especially when caring for surplus or weaker piglets. To help sows maintain normal lactation physiology and ensure timely return to estrus for the next cycle, we introduce the Milk Daddy: a reliable assistant for high-performing sows, designed to support the new feeding model—“You give birth, I help raise.”This presentation will showcase the Milk Daddy’s core features, operating procedures, and field performance. With automatic temperature control, scheduled milk delivery, and self-cleaning functions, the Milk Daddy is designed to help raise piglets that exceed the sow’s nursing capacity. On average, each unit can reduce the nursing burden equivalent to two nurse sows per litter. It effectively lowers piglet loss, improves uniformity and weaning quality, and reduces non-productive days (NPD), ultimately enhancing overall production efficiency and operational flexibility for modern farms.
