RIDASCREEN® Histamine (enzymatic) (Art. No. R1605) is an enzymatic test in microtiter plate format for the quantitative determination of histamine in fresh fish, canned fish, fish meal, wine (use RIDA® Sample Decolorant, Art. No. R1699, for sample preparation), and cheese. All reagents required for the enzyme assay, including standards, are contained in the test kit. The test kit is sufficient for a maximum of 96 determinations (including standards). A microtiter plate spectrophotometer is required for quantification.
